When will my order be shipped?

• We ship Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday the day after you order.  Orders received Thursday-Monday ship Tuesdays.  Tuesday ships Wednesday, Wednesdays ship Thursday all others ship Tuesday.   How long does it stay good?

• Your pizza will stay good in the freezer for about 2-3 months and stay good for about a week in your fridge.

How long should I cook it?

• You should cook your pizza for about 5-7 minutes and further cooking instructions can be found on our "Cooking & Recipes" page.

Whats the difference Between Pinsa and Pizza?

• The dough is made from a combination of soy, rice and wheat flour which makes Roman Pinsa a much healthier alternative to traditional pizza.
